Forms & Links

Ride Entry Form -  You will need to complete a ride entry form and take to the ride with you as well as your online TRYBOOKING . You MUST HAVE a Horse Health Declaration Form.

Day membership - If you are new to the sport of Endurance Riding, you can start out by doing 20km and 40km rides on day membership. You do not need to complete a form for this and your horse doesn't require a logbook, a day member vet card is provided. You MUST HAVE a Horse Health Declaration Form.

 

Endurance Membership - Once you have successfully completed 2 x 40km training rides you will be allowed to enter 80km rides  you must be a member of the Queensland Endurance Riders Association (QERA).  Turnaround from the QERA Registrar is quick, however still allow approximately 10 days for you to receive your Novice Membership Card. 

Horse Logbook -  If you have been competing your own horse and you now wish to enter 80km rides, you will need to apply for arrange a Novice horse logbook, which will allow your horse to enter rides of 80km's.

Horse Health Declaration Form - From the 1st of July 2016, the Biosecurity Act 2014 came into effect in Queesnland.  We as horse owners and ride organisers must keep horse movement records. Please complete a HHD For for every ride.

This Biosecurity Plan outlines a set of preventative control measures and actions aimed at reducing the risk and spread of an infectious diseases outbreak affecting people and horses on and off the Tepon Equestrian Park endurance ride venue. Every individual has a responsibility to abide by the biosecurity measures and to follow the directions of the Organising Committee (OC) or risk expulsion from the event.
